Visible

I remember when I was younger, I was often placed on the sidelines to watch world go by and, by default, feel invisible. 

I finally became visible  when I spoke up for something I wanted. It was like, “Oh shoot, I was heard!” From that moment, I realized I needed to take the uncomfortable move, to make myself visible just by taking the simple step to say, “Hey, I'm BJ and this what I'm about.” 

My ask to each you who are thinking about ways to make yourself more visible: Don't wait for your opportunity, instead you should CREATE your opportunity.
